Manage IT/ Telephone Communications

The following information technology services are required:

  1. Scheduled onsite support on a part time basis
  2. Offsite backup services
  3. Remote maintenance and monitoring.

The following telephone communications services are desired:

  1. Installation of new telephone system to integrate the elementary and intermediate school buildings
  2. System must accommodate up to thirty-eight (38) digital telephones in elementary school building and up to sixteen (16) digital telephones in intermediate school building. Also will have four incoming CO lines in each building.
  3. System must be configured to work with existing digital telephone equipment
  4. Proposal should include the purchase of four (4) additional digital telephones
  5. Training of key personnel on the operation of the telephone system

Two (2) copies of the Proposal are to be submitted.  The Proposal shall include the following:

  1. History of the company and experience with schools and with charter schools.
  2. Biographical information of the company/individual leaders and on the individuals designated to work with SGCS. (Details include who within the company would be the primary contact for the school).
  3. Fee levels for services.
  4. Three client references.
  5. Confirmation that acceptable criminal background checks and necessary clearances will be presented to SGCS before services will commence.

It is requested that 2 copies of your proposal for Managed IT/Telephone Communications Services along with fee structure be submitted by July 17, 2017 by 4:00PM.

Proposal envelopes shall be closed, sealed, clearly marked Managed IT/Telephone Communications Services Proposal and addressed to:

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

 

The Seven Generations Charter School (SGCS), Emmaus, Pennsylvania 18049, is interested in securing qualified bids for related services for the school year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.

The Seven Generations Charter School is one in which students from every grade level engage in activities focused on sustainable living, environmental stewardship, and respect for our planet and all living things. We believe that a school with excellent academic standards can also be a place where students learn citizenship and develop the skills to succeed as they improve the overall quality of life in their communities.

The following services are required:

  1. Speech language therapy
  2. Occupational therapy
  3. Physical therapy

 

The following skill sets are required:

  1. School based experience is preferred.
  2. Experienced in writing IEP’s with measurable goals / objectives, progress monitoring and use of IEP Writer (or similar program).
  3. Conduct evaluations and provide detailed reports to the IEP team.
  4. Participate in IEP meetings.
  5. Able to meet special education timelines.
  6. Knowledge and application of best practices in service delivery to students.
  7. Consistent service delivery.
  8. Able to work within a collegial environment with Administration, case managers, faculty and staff.

Two (2) copies of the Proposal are to be submitted.  The Proposal shall include the following:

  1. History of the firm and experience with schools and with charter schools.
  2. Biographical information of the company/individual leaders and on the individuals designated to work with SGCS. (Details include who within the company would be the primary contact for the school).
  3. Fee levels for services.
  4. Three client references.
  5. Professional Liability Insurance

It is requested that 2 copies of your proposal for Related Services along with fee structure be submitted by April 30, 2017 by 4:00PM.
