Lunch Program

Welcome to the SGCS Lunch Program!

SGCS is proud to partner with Linton’s Food Service to deliver quality daily meals to the students and staff at SGCS.  Each day, the Linton’s team will deliver a well-balanced lunch to those who order in advance. Lunches are $4.00 and must be ordered in week-long increments (no daily option is available at this time).  All orders must be submitted by the 15th of every month, and are placed one month in advance. (For example, orders for October should be placed by September 15th).

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I get a refund if my child is absent? All orders are made and prepared in advance, therefore there will be no refunds issued if your child is absent. If you would like to pick up your child’s lunch order, or have a sibling or friend bring it home, we are happy to help you arrange that.

What if my child doesn’t like the sauces or dressings listed? Some meals might contain sauces, such as ranch, mayonnaise, or other flavorings. The sauces are most often on the side in a small packet. That will allow your child to have it “plain” without the sauces or dressings if they choose. If you have a question about a specific meal, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Is it sustainable to be using plastic containers? We have worked diligently with Linton’s to ensure that the plastic containers are fully recyclable. The students dispose of their food waste in the trash, and then recycle the container here at school. If a container comes home, please know that you can rinse or wipe out the container and recycle it at home, too!
