Amanda Brady

Fifth Grade Teacher

Amanda Brady joined Seven Generations in the fall of 2010 and worked as a one-to-one paraprofessional for first and second grades, and currently teaches fifth grade. Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education in 2008 from East Stroudsburg University and worked as a kindergarten teacher before finding our school. Prior to that, she worked in the dental field for ten years before returning to school to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a teacher. She was drawn to Seven Generations’ mission, vision and “out of the box” approach to teaching our youth, believing that all children learn in different ways and at different paces. “Being a teacher is the most rewarding job in the sense that every day I get to go to work and make a difference, or impact a child’s life in a positive way.”

Born in the Lehigh Valley, Amanda now lives in Bethlehem with her husband, Jimmy, and two sons, David, Lukas, and Cooper. Amanda enjoys cooking, being outdoors, fishing and crabbing, vacations at the beach or enjoying summer nights outside on the patio. There’s no better time spent in her life than with her family.
