Amanda Suro

Community Engagement Coordinator

I currently live in Upper Macungie Township with my two daughters, Anna and Molly. After graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Elementary and Special Education, I moved all over the country teaching Kindergarten through Middle School in a variety of instructional settings.

I originally discovered Seven Generations for my own children and immediately fell in love with the mission, vision and values the school embodies. I knew immediately that this would be my forever home as well. I love the child-centered philosophies of Seven Generations Charter School. The freedom to be creative and develop meaningful, experiential learning while meeting the needs of each individual student is something I always valued as an educator. I am thrilled to now be able to take the school I fell in love with and share it with the greater community. This truly is a special community to be a part of and I am thrilled to be able to share in the growth and development of our school.

What is it like to work at Seven Generations?
