Ms. Northcut (Ms. N) graduated from Lehigh University in May 2025 with a dual teaching certification in Elementary Education and Special Education. In January 2025 she had the great pleasure of completing a seven-week student teaching experience at Seven Gen with the kindergarten and first-grade teams. She was drawn immediately to the project based and service learning experiences the most. She always says it was meant to be—seven weeks at Seven Generations! During that time, she became deeply familiar with and connected to the mission, vision, and values that make this school so special.

Previously, Ms. N worked in the Elementary Program at Centennial School of Lehigh University, supporting students with significant behavioral needs from more than 40 districts across Pennsylvania. That experience fueled her passion for individualized instruction and positive behavioral support. She is eager to bring that commitment to our school community.

When not at school, Ms. N loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, listening to any kind of music, and taking walks in the park. She currently lives in Allentown with her partner, two children and two adorable guinea pigs.
