Terri started in the corporate world working in the area of training and development. After having children, She decided to go back to school to finish her teaching degree. She’s completed her elementary education degree at DeSales University while working as a Learning Support Aide in 1st and 2nd grades. She completed her Master’s in Education in Reading at Kutztown University and is also certified as a reading specialist. Prior to Seven Gen, She taught first grade and also worked as a Reading and Math Intervention Teacher.
She was drawn to Seven Gen because of the hands-on and integrated approach to learning. Terry feels that every child here is seen as an individual who learns in his/her own way and pace. Our approach allows us to help all children to grow and learn in an environment that is active, fun, and interesting.
Terri lives in Barto with her husband and two daughters. They love hiking, skiing, going to the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, going to amusement parks, visiting National Parks or just hanging at home for a family game or movie night.
